Why is the minimum CPU requirement for the TV2000 so low?
I?m assuming they mean it?s the minimum for watching live TV, not for Capture and Time-Shifting.
To my understanding, it?s a software solution, not a hardware encoder. Is this correct ?
Does anyone know anything about the new WinTV-PVR250?
It has a different encoder chip. I only came across 2 reviews and none of them featured in depth coverage of the IQ.
