Hello,

I just bought the 2000XP Deluxe or whatever it is Leadtek card from newegg and when I plug it in most of the channels are all messed up static picture wise. I replaced the cable with a known working one and tried another coax jack in the room but still no luck

I RMAed the card with newegg but anything else it could be that I maybe overlooking?

I had an All-In-Wonder card that had a software setting for cable or antenna. If you chose wrong the reception was all fouled up. Maybe there's something similar.
