Leadtek TV 2000 XP Deluxe driver problems

Hello, it seems that Windows XP cannot detect my drivers for my Leadtek card. It detects the hardware, but whenever I try to install the drivers from the cd, it cannot detect them. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? I have an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro vid card.

Have you tried the downloadable drivers on the Leadtek site?

Extract the drivers to some folder and install the drivers manually. Works just great for me. And also, make sure to use the newest version of the PVR software that is available on that page.
 
could it just be the card? the driver download site is really really slow cause the US server is down, so I have to download from the taiwan server.
