Leadtek Tit 200 + KT7A Raid = Wierd problem

I just got this leadtek a week ago. It runs stable and fast, however whenever I fully power off my computer, I am not able to boot. I get a two beep sound, which is exactly the same as when there is no video card in there. This happens everytime I power off on my geforce 3, but it never happens on my old geforce2 MX, and a Matrox card I have lying around. If I pull the geforce 3 out and (sometimes it takes a couple time), it will sucessfully boot. It does not boot up if I don't take the card out. It seems to me the problem is with my geforce 3, but could it be the combination of both my motherboard and the geforce 3. Any input would be much appreciated.
