Leadtek Ti4600 VIVO

I NEED HELP! When I install nVidia or Leadtek drivers, I cannot change resolution (it will go blank) and I cannot run any video media file (it will freeze). WHY?! If I leave out the drivers, I can change resolution and run DVD's, but it does not look very good and is choppy (no games will play either). What is wrong? I got the update GTA3 told me to get, and it did fix the problem in GTA3. However, I still cannot change resolutions or run video media. This is a serious problem, and I need help FAST. I have to get this PC ready by tomorrow morning. Please respond if you know anything at all about this. Any theories are welcome too. Thanks in advance.

download teh drivers from the Nvidia site see if that helps anythnig

I already tried using the Leadtek and nVidia drivers, but I have not tried using older ones. Maybe they will work. Otherwise, I might install Win98 if I cannot get it fixed.
