leadtek question

i asked in hardware but no one seemed to know (or have any advice)

i have the leadtek 2000 XP winfast tv card. everything is working fine except that i am getting a little bit of audio static on some stations (that come in fine on the tv with same cable connection) and some visual problems on some stations.
anyone know why this might be, what could be causing it and how i could fix it?

i have it as well, and have the same problem but it only happens when i watch it live, nothing when i capture it and watch later (which I mainly do).

i didnt even think of that.
ill try it out. (thats what i was worried about, playback)
