Leadtek Nforce2 mobo, can't change mulitpliers?!?

I've been doing some research online and some people are saying that you can't change multipliers on the leadtek Nforce2 mobo. I was led to believe that all Nforce2 mobo have to ability to unlock newer Tbred B/A XP CPUs automatically...but some reviews stated that the multipliers can't be changed on the LeadTek Nforce2 mobo. Anyone want to clarify this issue? Any first hand experience with the board will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
