Help
I have a leadtek Geforce2pro 32mg card and an asus a7m266 mb.
The leadtek card has a light on it that lights up when it is running at 4x agp, it never lights up at all on the asus motherboard, it will light up on a P4 system. I have checked the bios on asus and everything is set to enabled for 4x. Odd thing is when I put another old tnt2 card that is 4x able in the asus mb it works at 4x.
So I am stumped, the card is able to run at 4x, the mb is able to do 4x, but they can not do it together !!!
Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do ??
I have tried many tweaking utilities for nvidia cards, but i don't think it is a driver or bios setting since it works fine with another nvidia card, i don't think it is a bios on the mb since it works with another card also, i'm not sure about the video card, I called leadtek and asked them if they did something in the bios of the card to prevent it to run at 4x with amd processor and they said "no",btw I flashed the cards bios with nvidia reference 3.15.02.00 to no avail.
Do I RMA the mb to Asus ???
Please help, I will be forever grateful if someone can figure this out.
