Leadtek A400LE 6800LE seems to have crapped out.

So I went looking for warranty info.
Their website has no support area.
Should have done this before I bought the card, but next step was that I went to Reseller Ratings. Leadtek is stinking up the place. Seems their RMA dept is lacking / slacking.
I finally found a supprt email address, I shot of a msg to them.
Guess I will see how they are going to help me.

Anyone else have experience with Leadtek support?

I got good service from them; if you look at their products at Newegg I think you can find a toll free number to call them.

First there was garbled video on startup, then after pushing reset no POST.
I pulled a card from another pc & swapped it in & the system boots. Put the Leadtek back in - no POST.

I emailed & got a quick reply. They sent the RMA form, I filled it in & emailed it back.
I had an RMA number within about 15 minutes.

They ship UPS ground - I wonder if I can pay them to upgrade shipping.

oops, my bad...

I put the Leadtek in the other system & it booted right up & looked great.
So it is not the vid card after all.
Now I have to take the system apart & see why it wont post.
