Leadtek 7600GT agp video playback problem

I got my 7600GT agp today (cant afford any other upgrade), it works great but i cant seem to run any videos now in any file format or codec, the system just goes to 100% CPU usage and barely lets me shut down the player.
Anybody that can help me? please?
 
Where did you get a 7600gt agp? This is news to me...

Try other drivers...maybe the ones from www.tweaksrus.com?

You could also uninstall your drivers, run driver cleaner in safe mode (cab cleaner and any sort of video driver, ati, nvidia, etc), install the driver while in safe mode, and see if that helps.
 
I experience the same problem where I couldn't watch any videos on my Geforce 6600 🙁 , it only happened when I updated my forceware drivers to the lastest ones on Nvidia's site. Since I suspected it to be the drivers, I uninstalled it and installed a prior driver 8x.xx and what do you know? it started playing videos fine again. But this is just my experiece though, anyone else have this problem?
