Leadtek 6600 GT (PCI-E) - Available?

Does anybody know whether or not the Leadtek 6600GT PCI-E card has been discontinued or when retailers like Newegg.com or Zipzoomfly.com might get the card in stock? Is there another retailer that I don't know about that has it in stock (not at some exhorbitant price).

Finally, and I know this question has been asked a million times, but are there any brands that you would NOT go with that are not listed here: XFX, MSI (cooler falls off)?

Newegg has a 2 pack of Leadtek 6600GT PCI-E cards for use in SLI. $419. You could always part one out if Leadtek is what really floats your boat.
