happy holidays to all.

i recently received my leadtek 6600gt agp card, an upgrade from a evga 5900se. my question is can i leave my card set at the overclocked rate based on your gold status rating? i am new to building my own computers for gaming and dont know enough yet to be sure i can leave it at these settings. i have plenty of cooling in my chieftec case, 5 blue neon fans with the door fan facing the card. mostly i play joint ops and for the last two days i have been running it at these settings. any comments would be helpful. thanks and have a good holiday.

you can buy a case temp panel and connect the temp probe to the gpu for cheap. it's worth it, believe me.

Leadtek 6600GT AGP has possibly the coolest looking fan around. I have one myself and the puppy runs cool. Leadtek's heatsink allows the card's GPU and ram to breathe unlike the reference fan designs that trap heat under the heatsink (google around for an article on the XFX 6600GT AGP and how the card has an issue with heat being trapped).

this card has a nice utility that lets you set c or f reference display and you can leave it on your desktop.
so far this has been a good card. i have not done any testing yet and i want to get the latest drivers before i do that. 219$ with shipping from newegg.
