Leadtek 6600 boot problem

Hi, i have this annoying problem..
playing a game is fine, but often when i leave it, or alt-tab it, the comp boots on me.
wtf? i figure it has to do something with the graphics card, a Leadtek A6600 GT TDH.

i have an Athlon 64 3200+ Winchester on a Asus A8V Deluxe board.

Please help!

im using the 66.93 forceware.

EDIT: IT IS RESOLVED. The problem occurs when you have a K8 chipset type, and a 6600. Change to a line in boot.ini fixed it. Info is on leadtek site.
