I have 2 PCs connected to the same 21inch monitor. There is a striking difference bettween the 2.
The 3year old ATI based system looks much better in 2d then the new nVidia 6600.
I went through all the settings, gamma adjustments etc. Still the 2D is blurry, not sharp.
Difficult to read the text.
Plus all looks way too dark - after the nVidia calibration tool was used.
I just can't make it look good!
The old ATI (forgot the model) is much sharper.
My settings - 1280x960, 32bit, 100Hz plus tried multiple calibration tools.

What do you use? Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?
 
Problem solved - it was the monitor cable. I swapped the cables and the problem moved with the cable.
