Leadtek 6600 256MB Drivers/Help

I have a Leadtek 6600 256MB non-GT, im wondering what drivers do I need to install for it and the best drivers...........My moniter shakes (like one millimeter from left to right all the time) at 75 herts, its an 5 year old moniter (Delta DE-995 I think), Is the shaking caused by my video card or is it the moniter itself?? At 60 herts it doesnt shake but it hurts my eyes. Thanks in advance
 
check moire in monitor options. turn it all the way down. then download the bios and newest driviers from nvidia's website.
 
Turn what all the way down?? Where can I find the Bios??, I have the 66.93 Driver, which is the latest Official non-beta driver.
Sorry im not that great with computers, this is my first really good computer, with a real video card instead of intergrated graphics.
 
u dont need a bios.

get the 71.20 drivers from guru3d.com

if you want something a lil nicer, you can get the modded ones by VXG.
