Leadtek 256MB USB 2.0 Flash Drive

I have a Leadtek MyMeomory 256MB USB 2.0 Flash Drive after installing a password protected partition and removing it with the bundled software from Leadtek my drive has only 245MB of space. I set my protected partition to 0MB and the normal partition to 256MB but it can't seem to recover the lost space. Originally before I installed the software I had the full 256MB.
