Leadtech Geforce DDR 32 meg (Tearing problems)

I get tearing in Q3 when I have light surfaces or even when I go to change models like behind them to the right shooting on and off. I have o/c'd the card but even when I leave it at 200/333 it tears. I have sidebanding on and 4x agp on a Abit KT7 board. I have tried it without even overclocking the front side bus and stilll tears. I have antialias off or 1.5X1.5 ....What is the solution? I can try each one but I thought it might be a common solution someone can point me in the direction of?

Thanks,

Drew

Try turning gl extensions off, doubt it will help, but if it doesnt slowly increase the i/o voltage on your mother board. This is the most common cause of the tearing affect, and my card did the same thing. This is also recommended at prophets webpage so i assume they are asked the same question a lot for their cards.

It was the extensions, That was it. I appreciate the help I was so used to having a Voodoo or 3dfx card I never thought to turn that off. I also turned agp to 2x and I didn't lose any speed according to 3dmark2000 I actually gained a few points (?). Thanks for the help!
