Maybe I’m missing something, but he is saying that N3B will be 40% higher than N5. He was calling out a Digitimes report that estimated $20k/wafer. 40% higher seems a bit crazy, but N3E will be lower cost.The cost numbers there contradict some other sources.
In light of "SemiAnalysis's" history of claiming unsubstantiated rumor as fact, inclined to take that with more than a grain of salt.
