Sup y'all,

I'm trying to get more into jazz guitar. My improv's are starting to sound a bit boring, so try recording a solo over this chord progression, and maybe we can steal some ideas from one another.

128 kbps MP3
64 kbps MP3

The chord progression's really simple: Dm7 - C7 - Fmaj7 - A7 (sometimes Edim7 on top of the A7)

My tempo's a bit off here and there . . . but oh well.

Record yourself and let's hear it!

I would, but I don't have any way to record decent sound... although, I guess thats not the biggest point.

Get Guitar Pro and use MySongBook.com... you'll be able to play anything you want.

I just learnt the solo for "Hey Joe" by Hendrix with Guitar Pro. :)

If the A7 in the progession was a Am7 you could use Fmajor scale over the entire progresssion.
