I would take anything Stephane Ratel says with a grain of salt. He wants to keep GT3 cars out of Le Mans and the WEC to protect his own series. If the teams in his FIA GT3 and Blancpain Endurance Series suddenly see that they can run their GT3 cars in an FIA world championship and the biggest sports car race in the world he might find his grids dwindling away.
