LDIFDE and preserving group membership in Win2k AD

I have no idea what's going on, but when I export all the groups in my domain, my ldf file shows the group membership. When i import using

ldifde -i -f filename -k, I don't get teh group membership though. Anyone have an idea why? All the groups import, there are just no memberships.
