LCD Vs. VFD Display

So I'm thinking of either getting a , VL System LIS 2 Premium VFD or a VL System LIS 2 Blue Eye LCD The problem is I don't which display would be better. Basicly, I'm going to program it to do a couple of different displays during different circumstances, but what I have in mind doesn't require one or the other...I hope...but that still leaves the question: Which is a better display, and why?
