LCD, video card, and cable tv support question

i have an ati 9500. this card doesn't have a tv tuner. is it possible to add a tv tuner capable card to the motherboard and run dual monitors?

do they make lcd screens with the cable coax plug in the back so it just acts as a tv, but also has the capability for me to go dual monitor for my computer?

PCI TV tuner card. They are LCD's with the TV tuner included or a module you can get for their model. You just hook up the coax cable to the LCD and watch TV from it like a normal TV.

I See. I'm thinking the way to go would be to get a pci tuner card and an LCD. that way i can resize the tv window within the LCD screen.
