LCD TV vs LCD monitor

So I have a PowerMac G5 and an Xbox 360 that I just got today. I am wondering what would be the best display to utilize the High Definition of the xbox 360 and still be able to use the computer.

I've been looking at the Dell 2405FPW, because it has the component connections and I think it would be able to do High Def on the Xbox 360 that way. I don't want to get the VGA connector for it

Or I have looked at lcd tv's such as the Samsung or the Dell W2306C

http://www1.us.dell.com/content/product...es.aspx/3X_lcd23?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs

But I need something with DVI and the Samsung does not have that while the Dell lcd tv does. One question too, if I get the 2405FPW, is that able to display the Xbox 360 in HD via component cables?

Thanks for the help

As long as the 2405 has component cables, you can use your 360 with it. I believe it does. You won't be able to watch hd-dvd movies over it though (if / when).

why's that? because of the HDCP that it lacks?

All three lcds are about the same price. I know the 2405 would be best for the computer, would it be best for the xbox as well?
