LCD return policy from b&m stores?

For black friday I was going to get a 24" soyo from Office Max and a 24" 245bw from Circuit City and then just return the one I liked the least. Are there any problems with this? How do the return policies work. Will I get a refund?

circuit city has a restocking fee but I'm not sure about Office Max. regardless they let you return them like any other product just make sure you check how many days you have.
