LCD NTSC to VGA Do they make such a Beast?

I recently purchased a M85 6.5" LCD with a NTSC pigtail, Do any of you happen to know of a site where they would have adaptors for NTSC to VGA, I would like to use this for setting up computers instead of lugging a CRT around or a 15" LCD, Thank you one and All, Have a Great Day, Plumber
