Anyone have any experience with these monitors?

They are both Analog - but the more testing I have done with a Dell 100FP (DVI and Analog) and NEC 1760 the A/D converters make it so there is little to no difference between the inputs. The response times are great and the WiseTech is $349 - Samsung ranges from $410+, Newegg has the Acer for $369+shipping. I have been searching but have not came across any reviews as of yet for these.

Any thoughts on these? I need to buy several, leaning towards Acer or Samsung...

I just got a Acer Al1715 a week ago. and returned my dell 2001fp. I like the Acer. It has a 20ms hydis panel, better than those 16ms panels out there (see tomshardware reviews).

Oh man, pagecomputers just lowered the price for the Acer by $20. I got it only 5 days ago. :( I called them but they wont do a price adjustment.

I can recommend Hyundai Imagequest Q17, I belive it is the best screen for high end use, without trashing your wallet:) It features one one the best 20ms screens available and very good colors.
you can look on Tom's hardware (www.tomshardware.com for a review)

I must recommend that you buy an lcd with DVI. I did a comparison of the two modes (analog vs DVI) with my own 19" lcd and found it to be night and day in favor of using DVI. So much clearer and brighter.

Also remember that lcd's have a lot of different specs on them and not all of them are reported. For example, when using DVI many lcd's have a max refresh rate of 60 Hz, but I specifically bought mine because it could do 75 Hz in DVI mode.

Best way to compare them is to read reviews. Spec sheets don't tell you enough about real world use.
