For $125, I can get this 17" LCD monitor new in retail packaging. Would you buy it if you were me?

My only complaint is that it is only D-Sub and not DVI and also being 16ms. Being that it's 16ms, would there be ghosting when playing FPS (counter strike:source, bf2, etc.)?
