I am going from a 19 inch Samsung 955DF CRT.

I want atleast a 17 inch LCD. I have read that the Hercules 920 pro is awesome, but for $550 I can get a an 18 or for a few more $ I can get a 19. I know I give up some performance in terms of response times.

I am looking at the Hercules (as stated above) and the Sony X73, or X93.
Is it worth it the sacrifice in performance in the 17s to go up to the 19 inch X93? I play a few games, mostly racing - need for speed type games.

Any suggestions on other LCDs would be appreciated.
