lcd monitor + color

so i bought a 2nd lcd yesterday to do a dual monitor setup, its a scepture 17", cheapo from walmart. it actually has decent specs, 500:1 contrast, 8ms, vga only, so that sucks, but it was like $150. now my my current lcd is hooked up DVI, looks great, this one however looks bluish next to the one on DVI. What should my color settings be to look right?
