LCD Monitor Buzzes

So I just realized that my LCD Monitor starts buzzing whenever I lower the brightness lower than 88 .... at 87 it starts buzzing like crazy (it's not gradual either .. it's immediate) ... any ideas?
It's a Samsungs SyncMaster 570S
