LCD makes faint buzzing when turned on.

I have looked everywhere and cannot find anybody with similar problems or answers. I just bought this LCD TV last night. This is my first LCD and the first time I powered it on I heard a faint buzzing, similar to a small computer fan with a piece of paper in it. I looked around with a flashlight but didn't notice anything, it only makes this noise when I turn the TV on and it takes about 10-20 seconds for the picture to come on and once it does, the sound is gone. I don't know if this is normal or not, should I take the TV back for a replacement? Should I not worry about it? Also, how hot does the top of an LCD TV normally get? Is heat a big concern for LCDs?

probably not a big deal.

i have an NEC LCD that used to make a buzzing sound if the USB hub in it was connected to a particular motherboard. I would be concerned if it buzzed continuously.
