LCD Help?

If anyone would know what the ms time for http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu...365087&dlc=en&docname=c00043882#N1001B is then please help since I can't find that out, a seller's trying to sell me this but I want the LCD to be 16ms or faster, I don;t know if there is some kind of conversion formula for ms response time. thanks.

Got to redo your link; IE, Anandtech, or both maybe, automatically shorten links. You can just use one word, like "Link" as the word that'll appear in the post, and then the actual link, of course, as the link itself. That way, we get a working link, and the thread formatting doesn't get messed up.
