LCD: buy or wait?

I'm looking for a display for college, and I like to play first person shooters. Anyway, I figure 15" of LCD is enough (the price of a 17" doesn't justify that low a resolution - I like to run at high resolutions). The problem is, I can't figure out which LCD is best for me. I want a display that can handle fast paced games at high frame rates. Anyway, I read somewhere that there is supposed to be some really big improvement in LCDs that will reduce the response times - so is it best to wait or just buy? I don't intend on waiting for more than a month or two. If it's best to buy, what make/model(s) should I consider?

I've marked the following LCD's as potentials:
HP L1520
Eizo 365
Hercules ProphetView 720
Samsung SyncMaster 151MP

Thanks!

Buy any Samsung now. My Dell Inspiron 8200 has a Samsung 15" SXGA+ LCD and I can play any type of game without a problem.

if the question is now or 2 months, i'd just get it now. nobody seems to know when/if feed-forward tehcnology will be ready

and you should go look at the LCD's if you can, after getting recommendations here.
see if you can look at dark games or movies running on them
