Go for it. But it's gotta be all or nothing - all celebrities and all amendments. Goodbye free speech, hello cruel and unusual punishment

Yeah, a First Amendment clause specifically pertaining to "celebrities", so the rest of the world can't hear what a boy fvcking pedophile prevert he really is. Nics.

Jacko was asked by a reporter if he would have sex w/ 29 year olds.

Jacko's reply: No, I cant handle all 20 of them.

I think that if the press does indeed "have it out for him" then exceptions to the 1st amendment can be made. Just as it is illegal to speak or print slanderous things about a person. Somehow I doubt his lawyer is arguing that he deserves an exception because he is a celebrity. I personally don't trust FoxNews' presentation of things, I think they lean too far right and it comes through in most of their stories.

Well, I don't think anyone has it out for him. I think they're all just trying to pull back the curtain and show the world the boy fvcking prevert that was behind it all these years.

I tend to give him the benifit of the doubt. He has had a messed up life - which is not entirly his doing. He has not been found guilty yet, so as far as Im (and the court is) concerned he is innocent.
