Lawyer fee questions

Like deduct $.10 cents off the tab everytime you wipe his ass for him after #2? You better pray he takes a lot of ******, god knows they talk a lot of it.
 
ah i mean not work off, pay back via payments etc.

like used a lawyer and then lost and owes money, doesnt have the money to pay at the moment and goes on some kind of payment plan
then uses lawyer again, loses, and owes more money etc etc, with 10k + owed

I dont see why not... i mean, you lost the case and have no money. what is he gonna do.. sue you? if he does and gets a judgement, it is not likely tht they will take your house or anything as long as you are making payments. if he refuses and sues you and gets a judgement, then ask the court to allow you to pay it off.

you are right where you started ... making payment. so i dont think he will sue as long as you pay.
