Right by where I live. Been a lot of talk about this. Lawsuit over this is a bit of a stretch IMO. Arrest is understandable though. My wife's family owned a haunted house and first rule was you don't touch the customers with or without objects. I understand you go to haunts to get scared. There's a right way of scaring and a wrong way.

FWIW, my wife also thinks that the arrest was fine but the lawsuit is greedy. That's with 8 years haunted house experience with her grandparents as owners.

The Janitos, who were accompanied by three other children, were allegedly attacked by haunted house worker Robert Keller, 23, and another man, both of whom were “dressed in clown costumes.” Keller was “holding a vibrating, purple sex toy” and the other clown was holding a teddy bear with a vibrator attached to the stuffed animal’s “groin area.”
