Laws protesting in front of residency areas?

So I just woke up 30 minutes ago to about 20 protesters outside my door, which is perhaps the most unpleasant way to do so as it's non-stop and there's nothing you can do about it at all.

Now I'm definitely all for 1st amendment crap and all, but is there no disturbing the public law that prohibits you from doing this right outside someone's resident?

I live in downtown San Diego and they're doing it in front of a business which I happen to live across from, but this is ridiculous.

I can't read the signs from where I am, and can't understand a word they're saying..but they're Mexicans so I assume it has to do with the AZ law.

I really want to get some balloons and pee in them and throw it down there, that's legal yes?
