Whats the diffrence between the 4 disk collectors edition and the 2disk (restored) version?

At least that stuff, plus the extra features on a third blu-ray disc, the individually numbered 70mm film frame, and obviously the boxset/packaging itself. Not sure if there's anything different about the video itself. Audio looks to be the same too. It's basically a collector's edition vs. a regular blu-ray. Here's the description from Amazon:
