1st off, why is the guy mowing when kids are in the yard? 2nd, even a riding lawn mower isn't so big as to not see a 4 year old in front of you.
Thou i bet the parents are going to sue sue sue.
It's hearing stuff like this that makes me not want to put my kids back in daycare.

yes i read the article, unless the guy was going over a cliff he should have seen the kid. regardless, he should be responsible enough to know not to mow when kids are in the yard.
