Lawn maintenence prices (mow and edge).

What's the average price to have a lawn maintenece company mow and edge twice a month? (1/4 acre lot)

I remember mowing lawns for 5 or 10 bucks, nowadays these local snots want $40+ per mow and then they can sue you if they get hurt in the yard.
I'd rather pay an insured business if I was going to do it at all, but I figure I'll keep mowing it myself for a while. Maybe I'll buy a nice riding mower rather than pay someone.
