Yeah, the only way this deal would've been lava hot is if it was the 1080p version.

By the time the coupon is valid, $999 might even be the regular price for this version considering the falling prices of LCDs, as right now, I would say $1100-1200 would be about the right price for this considering the $1499 1080p version and the 32" for $799.

It would be a good deal if it was right now, but I don't think it will be that great in 2 months. You can already get a 37" LCD shipped from NewEgg for $1300, and prices are dropping all the time now. I guess we'll see...

yeah, considering this isn't even the 1080p model, and its still a whiles way off, this is most likely not hot at all.
