its not confusing actually if it were sony points they would of mentioned points specifically rather than just credit
by the way i want to ask a pertinent issue of having more than one card? i had one CC recently i got a 2nd and now this could be a 3rd, i was wondering if this hurts your financial records ie. credit score? or is that a positive activity to obtain more cards?
thanks for any replies

I already have a Sony card, called them and they said I can open more than one to get the offer; I opened a second account, it was approved. Now to use the card and confirm I get the $150... what a crazy promotion!
I'm not sure what frankgomez was quoting, but it looks to me like you make any purchase and get a credit for $150 on the card.

Be very careful with this one. 0% is in effect for 12 billing cycles. Then, it goes thru the roof, literally.

I don't think you know how to use the phrase/term "literally" correctly.

So who has done this and had it work? You can make a purchase anywhere for say $300 and get $150 back on your next billing cycle? If this is true then I'll get the card and picking up a $200 laptop from HP or Dell with it.

Read it, but unfortunately there are conflicting posts saying 2 different things. There have been people who have said they signed up but I don't see anybody saying they have seen the $150 yet.
