When washing clothes do you use bleach or not? A lot of my white clothes produced holes when i used bleach, did i use too much or you shouldn't use it all?

Use bleach on the whites, but go easy on it.

There is supposed to be some water in there too.

Just follow the direction and get a good measuring cup (glass) for measuring out the right amount of bleach (although, I pretty much eyeball it). I let the washer fill up about 1/3...add some detergent...add the bleach...let it fill then to about 1/2 and then toss in the clothes and the rest of the detergent (for whites anyway...hot water).

I've never used bleach although I've only been doing my own laundry for about two years now. I don't think my mom used bleach either. And now, to prove my manhood, I'm going to go shoot a deer.

You're supposed to use a 1/2 cup - not half of the bottle!
