Well I know what LSR stands for, but what I'm asking is what it is that I need? Will it be a single file that I'll use to overwrite a current one, or is it a version upgrade of Ghost, or what?

BTW, I haven't heard anything from the Tech on this. I believe his first name is Madhuri.

I don't know, however I did just send the message off to the team to look at the avg issue and let me know what is needed to get you going.

Yea, that should narrow it down ;)

Just got back the response from Symantec Tech Support.

They report that LSR updates are only for Enterprise versions.

They suggest that I simply choose a compression level other than standard.

How lame! Other users report full functionality. Tech Support wants me to just get by with a workaround. Lazy. Unprofessional. I told them that, so I'm hoping that they'll still try to come up with a solution for me. That said, I've had problems with True Image, and Acronis Tech Support wasn't even as good as this.

<fingers crossed>

Ugh (not at you, support). I'm awaiting a response from the Utah team on exactly which Ghost patch you need (and why it's not coming via LiveUpdate yet). Hopefully I'll be able to follow-up by tomorrow. (If I don't, bump the thread, it's a good reminder ;))
