Launch games to second monitor/second video card

I'm running a 3 monitors, 2 video card setup. My friends and I have recently started to play Civ 4 while I have been wasting my life away on Dragon Age. They are not very good yet and their turns take very long, so I find myself twiddling my thumbs while waiting for them to complete their turns. Both Civ4 and Dragon Age are easy to pause and switch between so I was hopping to play both at once. and alt tab between the two.

I think a way to get around all the pain of constantly alt tabbing and having the textures being swapped in vram constantly would be to run each game on a separate video card and monitor. I know this might be impossible, but if it is possible how can I make a game launch on a different videocard/monitor, because that would be a nice feature either way.
