So, I'm trying to figure out why I can't get a report this morning. Back and forth diagnosing the problem. Long story short, person sending it asks me and I check--indeed--I have a rule setup to delete all emails from that address. To my defense, I created that rule a long time ago and forgot about it. Back then I didn't need reports. But today it came back and bit me hard.

Here I am the admin guy who's supposed to know this stuff. 😱

 
I've been bitten by that before.
Do yourself a favor and check all your rules. Don't delete anything, create a folder for junk and send it there, archive it off once a month and forget about it.
