I have just DI-624 and it is shite. It drops the connection constantly, which makes me reset the modem. I hate this router.

I have the exact same router mine used to do that as well. But I called thier tech support and they said that my modem and router have the same IP address. This causes conflicts causing the router to drop the connection. We did some reconfiguring and now my router has never dropped once. Call thier tech support and maybe they can help you.

When was this? I can find no record of D-Link ever using pop-ups. You would think it would be easier to find if it was true (on Google, or even BroadbandReports).Originally posted by: Shinare

What did they tell you to do? I couldn't get a hold of tech support today and running every 5 min to unplug the modem is driving me insane.
