Latest Windows Update Hoses FireFox?

My machine updated Windows this morning.
30 minutes ago, FF crashed and wouldn't restart. I restarted the machine and FF opened minimized where I always had it maximized.
All my bookmarks were gone and when I click OK to add one, nothing happens.
I Did a System Restore twice going back a day each time and I re-installed FF twice.
No joy. Anyone else have this problem?

what issues does it say in the event viewer ?

what issues does it say in the event viewer ?

Is that different than error console?
If not, just some reference to not being to display graphics on a site I go to.
