Latest version of IE, WMP7 and Messenger

Trying to keep up to date, although that is impossible now:

IE: 5.50.4522.1800
WMP7: 7.00.00.1954
Messenger: 3.0.0286

Am I behind anywhere?
 
I don't think I'd keep up to date on WMP7 if my life depended on it, I can't stand how much extra stuff they've added....still using 6.4
not sure about the other stuff either, sorry!
